How we build your pool, from survey to handover
One contractor manages the whole pool package: structure, waterproofing, tiling, filtration, heating, ventilation, lighting and electrics. We coordinate groundworks with your main builder.
1. Survey and design. Site, access, ground and drainage review, then 2D plans, a 3D visualisation and a full structural specification. Free, before you commit.
2. Concrete shell. In-situ or sprayed C35/45 water-resistant concrete, with curing managed to stop shrinkage cracks.
3. Waterproofing and 72-hour pressure test. Loss must stay under 2–3 mm a day before tiling starts.
4. Plant and electrics. Variable-speed pumps using 50–70% less electricity, automatic dosing, and NICEIC-registered electricians working to BS 7671 Section 702.
5. Tiling. EN 12004 adhesives, double-buttered for 95% coverage.
6. Handover. Pressure test record, electrical certificate, manuals and your 10-year structural guarantee.
